5 PM~ Photo Op (not required)~ Salt Flats | Photographers Welcome

Thursday, 10/10/24
8 AM~ Photo Op (not required)~ Trail Ride at Sundance | Photographers Welcome
1-5 PM~ Check in Horses at Wasatch County Event Center
6 PM~ Consignor Dinner | details in email

Friday, 10/11/24
Noon~ Trail Course at 3477 S Hwy 189, Heber City, Ut (course map to be provided)
Following Trail Course~ Meet and Greet/Ride

7 PM~ Cattle Sorting/Team Penning | three man team | random draw to compete

Each team competes twice | 10 fastest times advance to the finals

Saturday, 10/12/24
9AM-Noon~ Open Preview at Wasatch County Event Center

Open Arena (show off horses as you wish)

Cow work (Show off horses on cattle)

12:30 Sale Intros, Winners Announced
1 PM Sale starts

Stabling and the majority of events will be held at the Wasatch County Event Center
