To earn the trust and confidence of our buyers, we hand pick consignors for their skilled horsemanship, integrity in business and for the quality of their horses.

CONSIGNOR REQUIREMENTS

1. CONSIGNMENT DEADLINE:  June 1, 2026

2.  DUE DATES: Consignors MUST meet the following due dates- 

June 1- Consignment Deadline 
July 1-  Photos | Write-Up | Consignment Fee ($500 / $550 after July 1)
August 1- Video | 2 Min. Ring-Side Video | Pedigree Form 

3. VET HEALTH EXAM REQUIRED:  Have your veterinarian use this form itself, or use it as an example of what general information to include in his/her health report.  The form is in PDF format and can be edited digitally, or you can print it and complete manually.  DOWNLOAD REQUIRED FORM HERE

4.  VACCINATION CERTIFICATE REQUIRED:  Have your veterinarian provide you with proof of current vaccinations along with Coggins and health papers.

5.  X-RAYS ARE NOT REQUIRED BUT RECOMMENDED:   Have your veterinarian complete the following X-rays.

     -  Fore Feet: Lateral, DP view and Skyline view.

     -  Tarsus: Lateral oblique and Medial oblique.

 

CONSIGNOR RESOURCES

  1. LISTING: Login to your online account.  Login credential are issued upon consignment acceptance. Create and update your horses' listings at your convenience and in accordance with the Consignor Due Dates. Add, delete, or update photos, videos, information, etc. 
  2. QUALITY PHOTOS:  Get photos of your horse: conformation & action shots.  Upload up to 10 images to your listing. Professional quality photos are required- when in doubt, hire a professional! We can recommend photographers in your area.
  3. QUALITY VIDEO:  Take video(s) of your horse and upload them to your listings. All videos must have a YouTube link in order to upload.  Ring-side videos must be sent as a file (not Youtube link) and should be in landscape/horizontal orientation.
  4. PEDIGREE:  Fill out your horses' pedigree information HERE (required of all registered horses). Pedigrees will be linked to your horse's listing using this form. Please check spelling and stay consistent with capitalization. Additionally, but not required, registration papers may be uploaded within your horses listing as one of your 10 photos. 
  5. MARKETING:  Be proactive in marketing and promoting on social media.  Collaborate with @fallrounduphorsesale and we will be doing the same for you.
