Online Bidding

Online bidding is a convenient and secure way to participate in the sale from the comfort of your home—or wherever you may be! Buyers can bid privately in real time through CCI, a trusted, cutting-edge remote bidding platform widely used throughout the livestock auction industry.

Getting started is easy. To bid online, buyers must first register directly with CCI. Existing users can simply log in to their account, while new users will be guided through creating an account. Once logged in, buyers can select the Fall Round Up Sale from the CCI calendar (link coming soon) and request a buyer number to begin bidding.

Please note: a credit card is required to verify your identity during registration; however, you are not required to pay by credit card. With a simple setup process and live access to the auction, online bidding makes it easy to stay connected to the excitement and bid with confidence from anywhere!

Steps to bid online:

  • Begin by filling out the form below. This will get you onto our Online Buyer Email List. We will send out a reminder email when CCI opens its registration (approximately 1 month out from the sale date).
  • (change to this wording once it's open) Click HERE to register directly with CCI and get your Buyer Number immediately!
  • Look through our digital and print catalog (link forthcoming)
  • Contact Consignors with questions about their horses
  • Look over vet exams and schedule any additional vet work you desire 
  • Inform your bank of your planned method of payment
  • Coordinate transportation- horses need to leave the property following the sale- bring your trailer, coordinate with the consignor, arrange for an extended stay with sale management, or call the sale management for hauler contacts. Call or text sale management at 801-361-6772.
