Absentee Bidding
If you’re unable to attend the sale and won’t have access to a phone or computer during the event, absentee bidding is a convenient option designed just for you!
To participate, please complete the absentee bidding form in full for each horse you would like to bid on. This allows our staff to place bids on your behalf during the sale.
Please note that submitting an absentee bid form constitutes a binding agreement. If our staff successfully purchases a horse on your behalf, you are responsible for full payment of that horse. We encourage all bidders to review the horses carefully and bid with confidence.
Steps to bid Absentee:
- Look through our digital and print catalog (link forthcoming)
- Contact Consignors with questions about their horses
- Look over vet exams and schedule any additional vet work you desire
- Fill out the required form below
- Inform your bank of your planned method of payment
- Have your phone and/or email handy immediately following the sale as a member of our staff will contact you should you be the highest bidder.
- Coordinate transportation- horses need to leave the property following the sale- bring your trailer, coordinate with the consignor, arrange for an extended stay with sale management, or call the sale management for hauler contacts. Call or text sale management at 801-361-6772.
